In this seminar, participants will learn the effectiveness of prospering together with rival companies, rival teams and other rivals in a new and unique way. To do so, we will gain insights from physical exercises using martial arts techniques that anyone can do. Recently we regularly hear the phrase "WIN-WIN", but what does this really mean in a business situation? In this seminar we'll clarify exactly what the purpose of such a "WIN-WIN" approach is. By doing so, this will help you and your company increase its potential for collaboration from others in Japan and globally who similarly align with that purpose. For our case study, we have invited Mr. Adrian Sossna, Vice President of Global Sales at HACARUS, a Kyoto-based AI company, to share his real business experience related to this "WIN-WIN" mindset. In this seminar you'll also learn the concept of "Jita Kyoei, Seiryoku Zenyo" or the "Optimal use of our power to do good, applied to the creation of mutual prosperity". After our discussion of this part of martial arts philosophy, participants will work in small teams to apply this principle to a short case study. After the seminar, we'll have an informal networking session so that you can meet all seminar participants. Basic Seminar Schedule: * Opening lecturer introduction / Today's seminar content * Win - Win = All of our power to do good for the purpose of mutual prosperity * MBL (Movement-based learning) * Case study (group work) * Introduction of the next seminar * Networking Participation fee: 1,000 yen Capacity: 30 people (Registration will be closed when the capacity is reached) All BizDo Seminars are taught in Japanese with consecutive English translation
